2) What we do (and what we don’t)
Our role (summary): HealthBridge UK is designed to act as a compliance gateway for UK market entry, focusing on classification risk, labelling/claims discipline, and manufacturer/storage readiness for partners entering or operating in the UK market.
We do not (unless explicitly agreed in writing):
act as the merchant-of-record for consumer transactions;
operate consumer acquisition funnels for regulated offers;
provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or clinical triage;
represent that any product, service, or claim is “approved” or “endorsed” by any regulator.
Important: Any engagement scope, deliverables, and responsibilities must be set out in a signed agreement. Where HealthBridge UK provides templates, checklists, playbooks, or reviews, these are provided to support operational compliance discipline, not to replace specialist legal/regulatory counsel.

This structure may include shared services and governance operations delivered under written intercompany agreements. Unless a written contract states otherwise, your contracting counterparty for HealthBridge UK services is HealthBridge UK Ltd.
